Sector expertise
Virginia joined Helios in 2023 from Chiltern Capital LLP, where she was Investor Relations Partner responsible for the entire development and management of the firm’s investor coverage. Prior to that, Virginia worked as a Managing Director at Actis LLP, responsible for fundraising across multiple asset classes throughout the EMEA region and leading the EMEA sales team. She also worked at Sovereign Capital Partners for over a decade as Investor Relations Director. Virginia has an MPhil in Anthropology and Development from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Durham.
Virginia Doble has an extensive background in both public markets and private equity investor relations and capital raising. She manages all aspects of the investor experience, from securing capital across a range of Helios strategies to ongoing relationship management and reporting. Bringing nearly 20 years of experience in investor relations and fundraising to Helios, Virginia enjoys supporting investors throughout their journey with Helios across various funds.
Working across all of Helios’s strategies gives Virginia insight into the themes and trends that inform compelling investment opportunities as well as impact outcomes.
Outside of work, Virginia's three children keep her busy, and she particularly enjoys immersing herself in the arts when she has the chance.
