This website (“Website”) is operated by Helios Investment Partners LLP (“HIP”))which, together with their affiliates and subsidiaries, are collectively referred to in this Site as “Helios”, the “Company,” “we,” or “us”.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This website privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), together with our Cookie Policy (which can be found here sets out the basis on which we process your personal data when using this Website. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time and you should review it periodically.

Personal data means any information that directly or indirectly identifies or otherwise relates to a living individual, which is in the possession or under the control of Helios (or its representatives or service providers). It includes, for example: names, addresses, email addresses, job applications, employment records, customer files, bank details and correspondence to and from an individual. It also includes web browsing information (e.g., cookie data) and IP addresses.

Whose personal data do we collect and how

We may collect information about you through a form on our Website or if you send us an e-mail. We may also automatically collect technical information, such as your IP address, and information about your visit, such as the pages that you viewed.

The Personal Data we collect

Where we store your personal data

How we safeguard your personal data

  • the right to confirm whether we process their personal data and to obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data and access to the personal data about them that Helios holds;
  • where consent was provided for certain processing activities, the right to withdraw their consent to the collection, processing, use and/or disclosure of their personal data at any time. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of any collection, processing, use or disclosure undertaken before such withdrawal and that Helios may still be entitled to process the personal data if it has another legitimate reason (other than consent) or a consent exception for doing so;
  • the right to receive a copy of some personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and/or request that Helios transmit that data to a third party where this is technically feasible;
  • the right to request that Helios rectify or correct their personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;

  • where applicable, the right to lodge a complaint with the UK data supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”) if they think that any of their rights have been infringed by Helios.

Please note that the exercise of certain of your rights may prevent us from providing services to you.We usually act on requests and provide information free of charge, but may charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs of providing the information for baseless or excessive/repeated requests, or further copies of the same information. Alternatively, we may be entitled to refuse to act on the request.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from us, you may have the option to escalate concerns to the ICO.
