Luciana Germinario is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of professional experience, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Helios. In this role, she oversees the firm's operations, including finance, administration, human resources, compliance, and the development and implementation of the firm's strategy. Luciana joined Helios in September 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous roles.
Before joining Helios, Luciana was the Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director on the board of John Laing Group plc. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Eight Roads, the proprietary investment arm of Fidelity International Limited, for 12 years. Her career began at General Electric, where she spent eight years and held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a division of GE Healthcare, as well as being a member of the GE Corporate Audit Staff. Luciana has also served as a non-executive director on the boards of Medvivo Group, Expert-24, and DoctorLink. She holds a BA from Universita’ Commerciale L. Bocconi in Italy, an executive MBA from the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Luciana is fluent in Italian and French.
