Claire Norton

Claire joined Helios in 2025 as Head of Client Services, supporting the firm’s investor relations and client engagement activities. She brings over 20 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, having worked in client service, product management and marketing roles with leading investment firms. Before joining Helios, Claire was a Product Manager for Patria Global Private Markets Solutions at Patria Investments. She previously worked at abrdn (formerly Aberdeen Standard Investments), Man Investments and Standard Life Investments, where she gained broad experience across private markets and client relationship management.

At Helios, Claire focuses on delivering a high-quality client experience and strengthening relationships across the firm’s investor base. Her international background has fostered a deep appreciation for diverse markets and perspectives, and she sees Africa as a dynamic and evolving investment landscape with significant potential for sustainable growth and impact.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys travelling, the arts and exploring global food and culture.
