Helios signs two landmark digital infrastructure investments: the acquisition of majority stakes in Maroc Datacenter, a carrier neutral data center in Morocco, and in IXAfrica Data Centre Limited, a leading developer and operator of hyperscale-ready data centers in Kenya. Demonstrating the significance of the digital infrastructure investment opportunity across the continent and reaffirming its commitment to playing a leadership role in the sector, Helios also announces that industry expert Guy Willner will join the Helios investment team as Managing Director, Digital Infrastructure, in December.
