Helios Investment Partners Announces Strategic Data Centre Partnership in Egypt

Helios Investment Partners (“Helios”), the leading Africa-focused private investment firm, announces the preliminary approval, by the board of Telecom Egypt, of Helios’ binding offer to acquire a stake ranging from approximately 75% to 80% in a subsidiary that will own the Regional Data Hub (the “RDH”) data centre assets of Telecom Egypt.
