In June 2016, Helios acquired 60% of Telkom Kenya, following receipt of regulatory approval. Telkom Kenya is Kenya’s oldest telecommunications provider. With fixed network, wireless, mobile and Internet services, Telkom Kenya is the only fully integrated telecommunication solutions provider in the country.
