In November 2024, HDV invested in SeamlessHR, Africa’s leading HR and Payroll SaaS company which offers an all-in-one cloud-based platform to manage the HR and payroll needs of African businesses.

Founded in 2018, SeamlessHR offers a diverse suite of software products through a cloud-based SaaS offering to automate tasks from recruitment to the exit of an employee.

Its broad product suite is hyper-localized for African markets and is used by 2,000 businesses to manage processes for about 300,000 employees across 20 African countries.

SeamlessHR has enhanced its HR platform with innovative financial services, providing tailored benefits for employees and employers. These include payroll financing to support businesses and earned-wage access for employees, driving workforce productivity and boosting overall business performance.
