HTN Towers

In January 2005, the principals of Helios founded HTN Towers to capitalize on the extremely strong growth in mobile telephony in Nigeria by deploying the successful tower leasing business model pioneered by US-based companies such as Crown Castle International and American Tower. HTN Towers was the first independent owner and manager of wireless communications towers in Nigeria, leasing equipment and antenna space on its towers pursuant to long-term rental agreements.

HTN Towers Nigeria Ltd is not connected to Helios Towers, and is a separate legal entity.
