In December 2013, Helios completed an investment of $100 million in Bayport Management Limited (“BML”), acquiring a 23.4% interest in the company. Founded in 2001, BML is a leading provider of unsecured credit and financial solutions to the formally employed mass markets in Africa and Latin America.
